Leslie Mayne speaks at the Bremerton Elks Lodge

Military Officers Association of America's (MOAA) Kitsap Chapter hosted Leslie Mayne, Founder of the Permission to Start Dreaming Foundation for a luncheon speech on Friday October 28th at the Bremerton Elks Lodge. Leslie also contributed a check to MOAA for $150 on behalf of the PTSD Foundation. 

MOAA, is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that works to support military officers and their families at every stage of their life. MOAA pays an active role with Congress on behalf of the military community on issues that affect the career force, the retired community and veterans of the uniform services.
